Update On our Rescues
Today 19/11/2010 saw two of the rescued mares foal Kosciusko Yerribee and Kosciusko Victory we have another filly and have not been able to visualise Victories foal at close quarters yet. Kosciusko Dhirrayne is the last of the rescued mares from slaughter to foal. It has been a very Exciting month for all the volunteers here at Hoofs2010

Well we have welcomed another little offspring Kosciusko Coolamine had a beautiful little colt 9/11/2010 we have Named Him
Kosciusko Jiemba. This means mountain star.
 
 
FAntastic News at hand Kosciusko Maggie foaled yesterday 22/09/2010 both mare and foal seem to be doing fine. maggie is one of the five pregnant mares rescued  by all the wonderful supporters of our association. we can expect another foal soon as Koscuisko Yerribee approaches her delivery day. will keep you all updated as things progress . Meanwhile enjoy this wonderful picture taken today of the happy pair. Free as they should be.

Hello all our wonderful supporters an update on our recues so far with thanx to all who speedily donated for this to happen.
We received the call that two heavily pregnant Brumby mares and seven weanlings were to be at the sales in camden. our wonderful personKattrina acted hastily and negotiated the purchase of thebabies and the two mums.. by the time the day had ended there were actually five mares in total that needed rescue and you all came to the warning bells and donated hence we were able to rescue all these horses at risk.. these animals are safe in the Hunter valley and the babies are safe at cobbity and have nearly all been rehomed.. we are in the process of setting up sponsorship program  categories.
 To sponsor a weanling with the aim of becoming the owner once the weanling is in a state to be rehomed and all documentation is completed.
